This Bookpedia template, written by Bookpedia user Ulrich, has an index, similar to the one in the SilverIndex template. If you don't have enough entries for an index or you use a different alphabet, you can modify the template to fit your needs.
The titles are in German but you can obviously change those to English or whatever language you prefer.
