Maybe the answer to this is obvious, but I can't find it. I was using my powerbook to add multiple cd's to my library. As I don't have an internet connection near my CD collection, I was planning to connect later and then get the information sorted out (I have done this with iTunes). The problem is that, after adding some 50 Cd's I clicked the "add" button and I got the "spinning ball of death" spinning forever. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to disable (temporarily) the internet search? Thanks.
The multiple add always goes through the net so if you aren't connected to the internet at the time, add the UPCs or titles or whatever you're using to search, into a text file (entries separated by returns) and then copy paste that file into the multiple add when you're ready and connected to the internet.
