This short cut works in "Contacts" app, so consistent UI. Thank you!
It should work in all apps actually (Safari, Settings, etc.).

Which fields preference (Add/Edit window, the details view or the full screen mode) should i have to use?
Pocketpedia 3 takes over the fields and their order as they appear for the Add/Edit window setting in your Preferences/Fields. (Some fields get special handling though either because they are long, such as Summary or Comments which are moved to the end automatically or because they are very important such as author or director and get moved to the top.)

Thank you for the feedback. Maybe one day will add another option to that preference tab pop up to set the Pocketpedia preference independently of the programs so that you can turn off some fields for the mobile version. But at the moment they both share the add/edit preference as Nora mentioned.

Instead of double tapping on the top, what about having the search field not scrolling up?

We've considered that but it would mean valuable real-estate taken up by the search field at all times which is important especially on the iPhone and iPod touch where the space is limited. And since the double-tap at the top is pretty standard in iOS we thought this would be easy to find. But thanks for the feedback.
