I have decided to finally do the paid upgrade of my copies of Gamepedia and CDpedia (I purchased them in 2009), and the price I get in the shopping cart ($18) is not what was stated in the Software Update window ($12) in each of the programs. I went through Gamepedia and selected Register Gamepedia in the Gamepedia menu and pressed the Upgrade button. I get a message in the shopping cart that says "The coupon entered is subject to order requirements that were not met. You may try another coupon, or proceed without entering a coupon." and the price for each upgrade is listed as $18. Is the upgrade price of $12 no longer valid? Is there a coupon I need to enter?
Thanks,
Gregory

Re: Upgrade pricing
Hi Gregory,
Than you for the message. It's been over 10 years since the original purchase, we no longer have the data for the order and hence it does not know you were a customer. It's part of the GPDR law, to have to remove info that old.
I created a special coupon for you to give you the discount, I'll send it via private message.
Thank you for the continued support of the Pedias.
