Pocketpedia missing from iPhone App Store

I had to do a complete erase and restore from scratch of my iPhone.
In the process of downloading apps, I could not find the Pocketpedia in the iOS App Store. Can anyone help?

It's back on the iOS App Store and you can download it. More info.
