Plug-in-IMDB casting credits not downloading

I'm using the newest version of IMDB and I can't seem to be able to get the plug-in (IMDB options) to download the casting credits. It IS checked in the IMDB options, but nothing is downloading. I did try it on more than one DVD.

Anyone else having an issue with this?

I searched for several movies including "King Kong" (0360717) and "Spiderman" (0145487) and everything was fine. Please send me a screenshot of your IMDb options settings, so that I can try it with the same options.

Where do I go to attach the image file? Do I have to have the image file posted on the web somewhere or can I attach it directly somehow?

It's easier to email it to us. You will find the mail on our support site. Since you are emailing if you could send us the preference file for DVDpedia as well, we can test it out with your exact settings. The file is located in your home folder under ~/Library/Preferences/com.bruji.dvdpedia.plist
