Upload Cd info possibility like iTunes?

Hi, Hope you won't get annoyed with all my questions but I couldn't find anything about this in this forum so:
if CDpedia can't find a cd and i edit the info myself, isn't there a possibility to upload it, so others can find it too? (like iTunes has with cddb)
