Sync with iPad

When I have more than 1 Pedia open on my Mac the Sync button on my iPad 3 does not bring the menu, so I can't sync. With only one Pedia open the sync works. No problems on my iPhone 6. I'm using OS X 10.10
Any ideas?

Thank you for the bug report, it was a change in iOS 8.1 on how pop-ups are displayed.
It's fixed in the current beta tested version, should be out in a week or two. If you would like to join the beta please send me your iTunes email and I get add you to the list.
In the meantime you can shift your iPad to landscape mode before syncing to avoid the bug, as it's the collection view pop-up that comes out of the side that changed and is blocking the display of other pop-ups.

Thank you Connor. No problem, I can wait - in the moment I have nothing to sync. And if, I know in there meantime, what I have to do.
