I had this problem also with Die Hard 2. The program just froze and in the end I had to enter the Cast details manually.

The only option I seem to have is to remove DVDPedia and try again. How do I do this without losing my collection data?

It seems that installing these beta versions has done something bizarre because my screen does not look like the above.

Hi Nora,

The 2 Itried updating this morning where the DaVinci Code and Kill Bill Volume 1.

I do not know what this causing this, but it is rather annoying.

If it helps, it is dragging the roles from IMDB and placing them in the Name column but there is nothing appearing in the right hand column.

I cannot believe this is happening...

I have come to use DVDPedia again this morning using the Beta which worked, and now it is not getting the info from IMDB again.

Any suggestions please as this is having an effect on the usability of the program for me at the moment.

I have tried the beta in the link you suggested and that does not even allow you to add from IMDB, just lets you scrape the additional information from all the Amazon websites.

I am now experiencing this problem. DVDPedia does not appear to be getting the complete actors list from imdb for me. It is getting the Actors names, not the roles played. I have also tried using the beta with no luck. Is there something I am doing wrong?
