Re: Data entry
Or perhaps make it so that in the credits list, if you're in the "character name" column and hit tab, it automatically creates another active "actor" field for you (if you didn't want to enter a character name, you could just hit tab twice after entering an actor's name, and keep...

Change of Button name in DVDpedia
My apologies if this seems minor, but in DVDpedia, after manually entering a title, you click on "ADD" to add the title to the database, and then on "CANCEL" to close the window. Would it be possible to have the button read "CLOSE" instead of "CANCEL"? Cancel ...

Obscure DVDpedia search bug (?)
This one's kind of difficult to explain, so I hope this is clear. I've been entering the 6 movies in the "Shim Eun Ha Collection" boxed set separately, drawing the film's data from imdb. So far so good. When I'm doing this, I have "Shim Eun Ha" in the search field, so that only t...

Re: DVDpedia - Strange bug when accessing IMDB
Good call!
It works properly in the beta. I relaunched 4.2.2 and got the same error, so whatever the problem is, it looks like it'll be taken care of in the next version.

Re: DVDpedia - Strange bug when accessing IMDB
Thanks for the quick response. Under "add" / "add manually" I typed in the Chinese title above, clicked on the little gear in the lower right to bring up the list, selected IMDB, and got the same results above. I tried this twice, and it happened both times. I ran the console, as...

DVDpedia - Strange bug when accessing IMDB
I have the latest version of DVDpedia, and am using OSX 10.4.11. Often, when using DVDpedia, I need to manually enter a title using the Chinese name found on the IMDB. A couple of times, it's given me very strange results - not a list of movies, but a list of IMDB categories. See: http://i262.photob...

DVDPedia - Advanced Info
There seems to be no way to preview or verify while using the "get advanced info" feature. I'd never used it before, and thought it would be a nice tool to update the castlists using the imdb. However, on my third title I noticed it had mistaken the Chinese film I was asking for info on fo...

Renaming custom columns
I have several custom columns in my DVDpedia list. It would be nice if I could rename them to indicate that the column is used for. Is this possible? I can't figure out how to do it. Thanks .

My apologies if this is posted in the wrong area. I looked around and this seemed to be the most appropriate place.

Entering Credits manually in DVDpedia 4.04
Oh, why oh why oh WHY did you need to make things MORE difficult with the new version? In the old versions, I could simply enter a list of the film's stars by typing their names, separated by a comma (or whatever else I wanted). Now, however, I have to click on a separate "credits" window,...

iSight... what am I missing here?
I bought DVDPedia the other day and, first of all, let me say what an elegant program it is. The selling point for me was that it searches Yesasia, since I have many Chinese DVDs that would have been a nightmare to enter manually. I find myself with two questions, though... 1. iSight. I click the iS...
