Re: Option to choose camera
Please add a "Choose Camera" option, like in Photo Booth, to your programs. Connor has taken this on board and has included it in the next release. Please see this thread "Using another webcam ?" In future please do a Topic search it saves on doubling up with questions. Cheers

Re: Using another webcam ?
Please try out our Bookpedia beta 24 or DVDpedia beta 24 . When pressing the iSight button if several video sources are available it will prompt for which one to use. After that it will always use the selected video source if available. That works really great on both programs. Suggestions: 1 - The...

Re: DVDpedia: JB Hi-Fi Search does not work
I was about to do a bug report concerning failed JB HI-Fi searches when I saw this thread.
Thanks Connor - using Beta 23 and JB Hi-Fi search now works again.
Question: Is there a way for the program to automatically insert the ISBN barcode into the data base same as UPC, ASIN etc.
Thanks

Date Entries and other things
1 - To make the date entry boxes default to the current system date - then you only have to click on the calendar to select a different date. 2 - Once you have selected a date from the calendar then the calendar is to close automatically. 3 - Automatically insert currency symbol as per default syste...

Re: iPod Export templates not including Custom field titles
I'm going to guess that you need to use [key:custom1] and [key:custom2]. That should do it. AND you guessed right - what a clever person you are and why did I not think of that. Thank you. Seem as this template is SortedTitledAuthor I have, after much experimentation, removed the Author as that app...

iPod Export templates not including Custom field titles
The iPod Export templates are not including Custom field titles. In my particular case after editing the template file, the entries "Co Author" and "Volume" created in Preferences - General - Custom field titles: and ticked in the Fields tab. <?xml encoding="UTF8"?> <me...

Re: Using another webcam ?
We are looking at trying to prefer the external camera if connected, but it's not looking promising yet. I suffer from Familial Essential Tremor of the hands which makes it near impossible for me to hold the item to be scanned steady long enough for the inbuilt iSight camera to read the bar code. I...

Drop Down Auto Fill Menu's
Where any field has a choice of entries from the Auto Fill Preference's then make it a Drop Down Menu selection. At present fields like Genre, Languages etc do not. Whilst there is a drop down menu selection for Director there is not for Producer. The reason for this suggestion is I was entering a D...

Re: Conor, Nora - Will there ever be true Box Set support?
Yesterday I asked the forum for information concerning recommendations for a Windoz based DVD cataloguing program. NORA came back recommending DVD Profiler http://www.bruji.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3129 . After carrying out further research and trialling several Windoz based programs, this ...

Cataloguing Software for Windows
I know, don't say it, but I am looking for a similar DVD cataloguing software for a Windows machine. I, myself, use DVDpedia & Bookpedia but this is for a friend who uses a Windows based machine. He particular likes the ISBN lookup facility of the pedia's software, so is there any Windows based ...

Default Browser Calling Incorrect
Bookpedia 4.4.3 and DVDpedia 4.4.3 Whilst in Table View and editing individual fields, the right click menu "Search in Google" calls up Safari as opposed to the default browser, which in my case is Firefox. It does call up the default browser from the Advanced menu - Sell Selection on Amaz...
