Changing the language used by Bookpedia - solved

Post by romilly »

Hello,

First, congratulations to the Bruji team for Bookpedia. It's wonderful software.

I'm French, so Bookpedia shows the menus in French, but I'd rather use it with English menus (searching the Help menu would be easier this way). Is there any way to change this setting? Same question for CDpedia and DVDpedia, actually.

With thanks for your help,

romilly

If you'd rather use the programs in English, quit Bookpedia, select the program in the Finder and press 'Command-i'. That'll bring up an information window where under 'Languages' you can uncheck all the languages but English. Now when you restart Bookpedia it should run in English. Of course this works the same for the other Pedias as well.

Might be necessary to do this after every app update, even if Sparkle is used(?)
