Excluding specific collections from Pocketpedia

In Bookpedia, I use smart collections quite a bit but I also have some library-independent collections (for instance for books I no longer have so I know where they have gone). When I sync Pocketpedia with my library, I have no option to exclude those or any other collections. Is this possible?
