CDpedia for Windows

Post by Lost Highway »

Hi,

as far as I know there is a CDpedia version for windows available.
A friend of mine is interested in buying a version for his pc.

The question is the following:
Could my friend Gonne import my Mac Data Base to his pc?

Best regards

I'm sorry that everything is in German.

appfurpc means "Application for a pc".

Just so people DO NOT GET CONFUSED Bruji does NOT WRITE their excellent Pedia's for the MS Windows environment.

What Lost Highway is talking about is running a Pedia in a MS Windows EMULATOR, in this case NOX or Bluestacks emulator. This tricks MS Window into thinking that a macOS program is a MS Windows exe program.

How fast, reliable and efficient this method is I do not know. I do not know if the web search functions/plugins or talking to the DogHouse servers would work. Or if it would open links in a MS Window based browser.

Lots of unknowns :?: :?:
