CDpedia display fields issue

Why some of the chosen fields (eg composer, conductor, etc) do not appear in the display fields of the target item? Please refer the following images-

Make sure you toggle the 'Show All' option at the bottom left of the edit window to show all fields, even those that don't contain information. Also, in the Preferences/Fields you have the 'Full Screen Details' selected so the fields selected in the screenshot will show in the full screen view and not necessarily reflect your add/edit window fields.
