BB Code off in News on Bruji forum

When posting/editing replies on this forum's "News" section, BB code (and smilies) are off no matter what your user control panel setting. Works fine here in bug reports.

Could it be that you had the check box set for no BBCode on that particular post or user settings? BBCode is turned on for all forums and a test post had smilies in the news section.
