If you keep your libraries in separate database files (i.e. you have two Database.bookpd files) then unfortunately you cannot sync them both to Pocketpedia, they overwrite each other every time you sync the other file.

You could combine them into one database though and separate them into separate collections, even library-independent collections if you do not want to mix the two in one library. That way you don't have to switch databases on the Mac and can sync them to Pocketpedia together as well.

I have three desktop pedias (1-Bookpedia, 1-DVDpedia, and 1-GamePedia).

Could I sync all of them to one Pediapocket v3?

Or would I be limited to syncing only one of the desktop applications?

You can sync all three to Pocketpedia. They will appear as separate programs inside Pocketpedia so you can browse the entries inside each program as you would on the Mac.
