Forgive me if this has been asked, I searched but didn't find an answer. Is it possible to export my gamepedia data into an xml document?

The .gamepedia format is XML. Export to .gamepedia and then ctrl-click the file (it's actually a bundle) and select show package contents and you will find the XML file and the images inside.
