importing an existing electronic collection

I have a huge DVD and CD collection in electronic format, DVD's in AVI, MP4 and M4v format and Music in MP3 format, will i be able to use DVDpedia and CDpedia to import these collections in order to catalogue everything?

the have not been catalogued before and I am looking for a program which will allow me to do this for my CD and DVd collection.

Thank you for the feedback. As I mentioned in my answer to your other post, we want to add these features but they don't exist yet. It's hard implementing a feature that has to work with a number of file formats and extract data from them.

Thanks for your reply, its a shame because there is a windows program which does just this called Media Monkey, there is no MAC equivalent available.
