Font size of collections text and table text

I have begun to use Bookpedia, CDpedia, and DVDpedia, and have found all of these applications quite useful.
However, I feel difficulty in reading collections text and table text because they are small to me.
Hence I would like to change font size of these columns in more flexible manner.
It is preperable to specify the size in number.
I know that it is possible to change the font size of these columns in the Preferences panel.
I have switched the font size of these columns to "Large", but the "large" size is still "small" to me.
