If, for example, I have multiple DVDpedia databases on my Mac (using the usual "hold option down when starting" method to switch between them) I should be able to sync them all to PocketPedia. Since sync uses unique ids for each database keeping them separate should be easy.

Thanks for the feedback on having multiple databases from the same program in Pocketpedia. I have added it to the todo list. Although technically should not be an issue, on file structure it would cause issues as Pocketpedia was designed with a single program in mind. So covers would get mixed, databases confused. All that requires some serious changes to the file system that also would have to take the unique ID into account. Although the change would likely take a day or two, it leads to all kinds of possible testing that needs to be done as opens the door for all kinds of bugs. Hence needs a long beta testing period.
