This is very low priority feature request.

On the macOS, the Control+Command+f can be use to toggle in and out of full-screen mode.
However when in full-screen mode, the Esc key can also be used to exit full-screen mode.

Can this be added to future releases of the Pedia apps?

Done, will be in the near upcoming new release. The list view was capturing the ESC and not doing what it should have been doing.
