So, I checked around what other DVD-organizing programs and I came to the
same conclusion as I did a few years ago: DVDPedia is the best.
Now, I want to compliment a small thing that DVDPedia has that few others have:
A lot of other programs have covers framing the display of the DVD-artwork.
This might suit some people, but I always use POSTER art for my movies,
and often they don't look good being framed by a box.
I guess one of my few complaints would be the focus DVDPedia still has on DVDs.
I'm about to scrap my DVD collection and I get blu-rays now. I think the program
should be called Moviepedia...
So, cheers, fellow DVDPedia users, and thanx Bruji!
One of the small great things about DVDPedia...

That opinion has been shared/discussed a few times, including in a specific MoviePedia? topic.grasstust wrote:I think the program should be called Moviepedia...

It's probably still unlikely DVDpedia will ever be renamed, regardless of how the software is enhanced/used.

Perhaps "MEGAPedia" or "THEPedia" where all the 'Pedias' would be modules for the one app.
Would make sense when developing iOS access (Paid Upgrades)
Also makes sense when accessing the data remotely - it can all be in the same cloud / web area.
Just a thought...
